Date: 2 March 2013
Venue: Podolí Swimming Stadium, Podolská 74, Prague 4
Travel: by car, drive to the stadium and park in the adjacent car park or nearby streets; by tram, use Kublov stop; by bus, use Dvorce stop.
Swimmers’ entry: championship competitors may enter the outdoor pool from 9:00. Collect your free ticket in the stadium lobby by showing your Czech Swimming Federation registration card. Then go through the gates via the “third courtyard”, past the diving pool, to the 50-metre pool (see the map below). Please keep off the grass. Keep your ticket with you for security checks. Podolí’s other pools remain open as usual, so championship participants must be distinguishable. You may leave and return by showing your ticket to security.
Spectators: spectators and accompanying visitors can buy a CZK 10 ticket at the ticket office in the stadium lobby, then follow the same route as the swimmers.
Check-in: 9:00–10:00 in the marked room beside the finish platform of the outdoor 50-metre pool.
Changing and facilities: use the room beside the pool’s finish platform, next to the organisers’ room. Swimmers may also use the stadium’s indoor showers and steam room, accessed from the outdoor pool. Shoes must be removed before entering.
Start list: the final start list and lane assignments will be prepared after check-in. The first four heats will be available five to ten minutes after check-in closes, with the remaining championship heats to follow. Lane draws for non-championship events should be ready by the first heat at the latest. The start list will be displayed at the pool and available from the announcer and assistant starter.
Refreshments: free hot tea will be served throughout the event. The restaurant opens at 10:00. All checked-in swimmers will receive a CZK 40 meal voucher. Lunch is served in the poolside restaurant, with three main dishes, two soups, fruit, desserts and drinks to choose from. Pay any difference according to your selection.
Awards: national-championship and duathlon results will be announced immediately after the last championship event, the women’s Masters D 100-metre breaststroke.
Jury: Vladimír Srb, Vít Frank, Tomáš Prokop
